    We had one named Lady a long time ago. I don't remember her because she died before I was born or not long after. I've seen pictures of her and she is very beautiful! She had a white spot on her forehead that was perfectly shaped like a heart! My mom loves the breed. If anyone wants to see a pic of her let me know.

    She died because of evil neighbors. She was tied in the backyard one time and we weren't home. Some kids threw firecrackers in her dog house. It scared her so bad she jumped onto the doghouse and leaped over the fence onto the neighbors woodpile. Then she tried to jump back and got her leash stuck in the fence, and she choked. I think she was around 9 years old.

    is it a canaan dog? belive it or not my 11 yr old brother canaan was named after this breed. my mom breeds them.
    i have lots of friends that are breeders. if you are in need of a puppy let me know.

    if you have a dog in need of a home let me know. i may take it.
