    Bravo indeed... LOL

So, you are OK with the government having the precedent of being able to FORCE you to buy things?

    Bravo!

I have no problem with having to buy insurance. If you cannot afford it you can sign up for Medicaid.

I welcome the ability to buy coverage in the event I don't have coverage at work.

I support the new Heathcare laws. I am far from alone with this opinion. I just don't have a loud mouth.

Well, I guess there is not much else I can say then. If you are OK with the government telling you how to live your life.... No whining when they FORCE you to do something you don't like.

You might be far from alone... But you ARE heavily outnumbered. By people who know and understand history and what this really means.

If you cannot afford it now, could you not get Medicade, now anyway? Do you really know what this bill does?

NP clearly was. Did you notice her facial expression as she walked w/her huge gavel? Aside from the fact that she didn't have to do that and could've saved herself from hearing what "the people" had to say, she had that glassy-eyed look and the painted smile on her face.

This is why I trust no politician. If they had come right out and said "We know the people don't want this but we do, so it's going to become law", I still wouldn't have respect for them but at least it would demonstrate that transparency that they love to bandy about as though it actually exists. But oh no. They keep saying that they hear the people. Really? Did they not hear the protestors shouting "Kill the bill" and "We will remember"? Were they not aware of the polls that showed the majority of people didn't want this? Yes, they were aware. They chose to ignore it all b/c they wanted it or b/c they were pressured into it. God forbid it should damage Obama's presidency.
    Blessings,
    Mary

Oh yeah, one more quick thing....

The last couple of votes were bought with a Executive Order. That order said that there would be no federal funding of abortion.

Wait... So the President can just modify the law of the land, on his own, with no oversight? THERE's a neato precedent.
