    Handfeeding Maroon Bellied Conure

I've got another baby from my breeder to handfeed, a brown bellied conure or maroon to be exact.

Just like Dill he once fully weaned will be ready for his new home, I'd keep him but I'm still waiting till later on to buy my own parrot as I want to read up on different breeds to find the right one for myself. The first day with me this cutie is doing great and boy does he eat allot lol, early this morning after feeding him he would not stop calling for me so finally I just let him cuddle up on my shoulder and he fell asleep. ^.^''

Here's a few pics, he'll have allot more feathers in 2 weeks from now.

    Yawning.

^^ He reminds me of Paulie, from that cute movie with Tony Shaloub as a Russian man...

Oh my, look at the wee one!

How old would he be just now? Do they miss their moms / clutch mates, like cats and dogs? Maybe that is why he wanted to snuggle with you!
