My new present AKA PIX of my furkids!

Dual purpose post!

I got a new lens for my XTi for Christmas!!!!

Hubby got me the 50mm F/1.8 lens that I've been begging for a month to have! So of course I had to try it out and get a portrait of each of my furbabies for Christmas to show you!

Jack (playing with one of the new toy mice from his Christmas stocking)

Bear (hanging out in the heated pet bed as usual)

Pooky (getting a chance in the heated pet bed when Bear went for a drink)

Cami (having fun in the empty Christmas boxes)

Sabrina (also having fun in the empty Christmas boxes)

Sassy (hanging out by the Christmas tree) I LOVE this pix!

Josh (also hanging out in the empty Christmas boxes)

Oh wow, your pictures are fantastic!!!!! Such beautiful kitties! Their personalities really come through in every shot. Can't wait until your next photo shoot of these supermodels!

GORGEOUS! I am so glad to get a good look at Sassy and Sabrina - the new lens really helps bring out their personalities, as their faces show up SO well.

Are Josh and Jack the same size now? (sorry to be a stuck record, but my mind's eye sees Josh as that new bottle-baby, and the change still astounds me!)

Do Bear and Pooky share nicely, or are you having to get another heated bed?

Glad Cami and the rest are happy with boxes.

The heated pet bed is only big enough for either Pooky or Bear not both at same time (although Bear tries sometimes). I've thought of getting a second heated pet bed but aside from cost, I'm out of corners to put pet beds and most of my outlets are already way overloaded. This one was one of the few outlets available.

Josh is smaller and stockier than Jack. Josh is same weight as Cami (9.5 lbs) and Jack is about 11.5 lbs.

Here's a pix I took of them earlier today. I didn't post it before because I had my Fstop maxed out so both weren't in focus when I took the shot and didn't get a second chance at it. I'm bummed about that because they almost mimicked each other in pose. Jack is the one in the front, Josh in the back.

WELL THEY CERTAINLY ARE VERY SHARP CLEAR PHOTO , AND THOSE PHOTOS ARE SUCH GREAT WAYS TO SHOW OFF YOUR INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL COMPANIONS. WE ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING MORE OF YOUR FURRY FRIENDS.
