Hiking with the huskies <20 pics>

Since I didn't get to go hiking today as planned (I ended up walking the dogs in the rain instead ) I figured I'd finally post some older hiking pics. These are from the begining of October. I'm way behind in posting pics, I have many others too that I may get to eventually...

We went on a new trail. It's close to my house, and I've been to that area years before but I didn't realize there was a trail until recently. So I put the backpack on Nebo because I wasn't sure how much water would be available or how long we'd be gone. He didn't really need it, but oh well. Anyway, here's the photos:

(Sorry this one is blurry, but I still liked it)

We didn't get much further than this, though it was pretty far up. My mom started freaking out because the trail became narrow with a steep drop off (we went over areas worse than you can see here)...the rest of the trail was fine though, I'm sure I'll be back to it.

And we found this little friend in the middle of the trail (rattlesnake)

Look closely and you can see her tongue sticking out (she still does that all the time)

We sat here and watched the sunset for a while

Gorgeous pictures as always, Amy. I envy you your location. I'd kill for scenery like that. And those pups... Now that's some nice artwork, right there. Loved the picture of you guys together. You look great!

Awesome pics Amy!! Your look really good.. I love the way Nebos fur matches the autumn background.. Your pics are always sonice.. I wish I had a nice area like that around my place where I could take the dogs.. Keeva is such a sweety, she is just shy of being the same hight as Nebo, I cant believe how fast shes grown!

Beautiful, beautiful pictures as always Amy. Your dogs are so stunning. My husband and I need to get off our butts and take the dogs hiking. Colorado is another state with beautiful places to hike.

Thank you Kay for the beautiful sig!

Aw you make me want to get out on my own right now so I can have my very own dog. I love huskies so much, they are such beautiful dogs with such great personalities.

All your pictures are so great, you must have an awesome camera, and the dogs posed so nicely for you.

    Thanks for sharing them
