we seem to be having a run at the local pound....of purebreds....there are 2 beautiful DALMATIONS there that need forever homes...1 male, 1 female...full grown...found as strays..so their crds read.......
1 beautiful grey and blk. HUSKIE..blue eyes, 1 red HUSKIE.. blue eyes.....both adolescents...9 to 11 mos.....found as strays....very purebred......both stunning...
1 beautiful ...now listen closely...standard POODLE/LAB cross....
she is 9 mos. white...absolutely beautiful.......her name is sasha...turned in by owner....she is standard size......long tail...with a poodle bob at the end....
also,....2 one year old AKITAS'...brother and sister...dogs and cats forever rescued them as they were to be PTS!!!!!!!but they are out of space....so the two have to live outside in a secure run...with 2 big dog houses and a roof for shade and shelter...its' actually nice to live outside in florida...as long as they have shade which they do....oh...and they have a pool to play in also...florida lifestyle...they are happy and safe...but need a forever home...
there is a senior GOLDEN RETRIEVER who was a STRAY....he won't last long...he is beautiful...but obviously has age on him
and also...a gorgeous ROTTWEILLER...female about 2 years...looked like she just nursed a litter...found as STRAY!!!!
there is a striking white....and a little brindle PIT BULL...named Carl
he is just butter in my hands...what a beauty...and a big lover....but he has the pit bull stigma hanging over him....
please understand...i am not trying to discount the wonderful mutts that are there and need homes.....but it seems unusual that all these dogs are being found as "STRAYS"....this is unusual to have this many purbreds in our neck of the woods....
if anyone knows some rescue organizations....please these furkids need you to cross post this and help them.....and all the rest there....
