Last evening I took some pics of the Locals. They come into my Pasture everynight, just before dark. I just love watching them. This isnt all of them, there is usually about 20 of them, the rest must have been in the woods.

Cool photos. I've seen so many turkey this year, it's amazing. This past weekend alone I saw about 4 adults and 6 babies. They were so cute.
Gobble gobble.
I love Fenway, JoJo, Olivia and Nonnie!
Cool! Do your fowl watch them? How do they react?
My birds dont pay them any attention. the horse pasture where these turkeys spend their time, is beyond my birds "Comfort" Zone. They dont venture that far away. The Turkeys dont seem to care about my birds either. When the turkeys frst started showing up, i was concerned that they would get brave, and try to get into the coop, and steal my birds food, but they dont come any further than the pasture. Which is good cause, even as pretty as they are wild birds do carry diseases,a nd i dont need that inro'd into my flock.Originally Posted by Karen

Wow, that is one handsome male strutting and showing off his colors! Ben Franklin wanted to make them the National Bird. Great shots, thanks.
