What a shock! And still what a lucky outcome.
I am so glad he "only" got a concussion.
Best wishes for Stuart and you

Gosh, I'm sorry I'm late on my good wishes, Tamara and Stuart. So glad he's ok! How frightening. Hope you will heal quickly, Stuart. Be careful!

WOOOOO PT ~ on Saturday (9/01/07)

We were up early this morning,
since my Daddy was going back to work
(against everyone's advice, but he went anyway!).

    He's Going BACK to WORK!??

Can he even SEE Straight, yet?

Won't his Doc be just Tickled PINK about THIS!

Good Luck, Bud ... try not to Bumpa-Heady on too much!

Most of the time his vision is ok. When he gets tired, which happens much faster than usual, it gets blurry. He's one of those people who functions very well on four hours sleep so being tired is strange for him! The stitches are very itchy which is bugging him more than anything else right now. They can come out on Monday. Still a little nauseaus and definately not 100%, but there's no point arguing with him about staying down. He went hunting the day after knee surgery a couple years ago! He doesn't sit still well!

The doc gave him no work restrictions unfortunately, except to avoid ladders and not to go swimming/boating alone! He was told he only had to come back for a follow-up app't if he had an increase in symptoms, a seizure or passed out.

A co-worker went back in with him today, so he's not driving and isn't alone anyway.

First let me apologize for taking so long to send get well wishes for Stuart and ...

Second, I can't believe he's gone back to work What is it with men and their impatience?? Ah well I certainly hope he tries to take it easy from time to time - although that's highly doubtful

Hugs to you and paws and claws crossed that all is well with your hubby.
