    That is so pathetic it is almost laughable.

    Spay and neuter campaign and diseased/aggressive dogs humanly PTS, wow what a illogical concept!

    Thats really upsetting.
    I guess they aren't capable of doing a spay/neuter campaign instead of slaughtering them.

    Efforts to sterilize them have been largely unsuccessful
    I'm sure if they put a S/N law into action it would help alot, but of course people are dumb. That is such a horrible idea. What about the strays who actually belong to people, their pets get eaten?
