Well, I got a call from my friend that was giving me the Silkie babies. He lost all the eggs. The hen just stopped setting. I have no idea why. I was really bummed because I was really hoping on getting my lone chicken a buddy. So my buddy offered to have me come over on Saturday and pick a hen from his flock. So there will be a newbie at my house soon, but no babies

I lost my camera charger in the move. I'm still looking for it. I will hopefully have pics up soon!

Oooh that is too bad I'm sorry you couldn't get your silkie baby. How is the lone chicken doing? I hope good and hopefully this new chickie you will get will be a good buddy for your other bird
