Oh I have to say SCHNAUZERS, MINI, STANDARD, AND GIANT. lol
If I could I would have one of each, but since I can't we have two Mini Schnauzers, however I love all dogs, there is no such thing as a bad dog, only bad people who have dogs.

For personality, I would have to say the Siberian Husky wins hands down! They are curious, inquisitive, intelligent, and have a GREAT sense of humor! They always keep you laughing. However, for people who want a more conventional pet, I would go with the Golden Retriever. How can you get a dog that's any better!

I think mostly Mutts I do dearly love my Rottweiler but she does have a little Doberman in her the Vet said. I also had two Shetland Sheep dogs that I loved. Personality is the No. One thing but I love all dogs My Shetland Sheep dogs lived to be 14 and 12 and when I had them I thought I'd want another one but when the three strays came to my door, they became my love.

Depends what kind of dog you want (lively, laid back, calm, excitable) and what you want to do with the dog (nothing, only long walks, flyball, obedience, enter shows, police dog training).

Ask around at breeders societies and rescue centres

I love all breeds, as long as they're willing to give a kiss! I do love the herding breeds the best, though. I especially love Australian cattledogs (of course) and Australian shepherds (used to have one). I think that big dogs with floppy jowls are the cutest to look at, though!

    best breed

I agree that all dogs are beautiful. I have a 'heinz 57' that I adore called Angus, he's full of mischief and I couldn't imagine a more playful and loveable companion. However as for best breed, I do have a soft spot for my english bulldog named Winny, who looks ferocious but is as gentle as a lamb. She's incredibly protective of everyone in the house, including my 20 year old cat who seems to be spending his golden years beating the stink out of the two dogs.

There is no way in the world that I could choose!!!
I have sat down, and acually thought about all of the breeds, and which one I like the best, and I ended up saying, "I love a dogs!"
    But I absolutly LOVE mutts!!!

Hey Dogz, you're quite right. I did a dumbass thing yesterday and went to the humane society site for my region. Needless to say it looks like there will soon be another addition to the family. Thank God I have two acres! My point is they're all beautiful...and so darn hard to resist.
