Lilac time!!! *updated (2 new pics on #18)

I have been having the best time taking pictures of my lilacs as they open. They are almost open. I hope they hurry up because, while it's in the 80s here today, by Wednesday it will be cold with lows below or near freezing. I hope my lilacs don't get frost bit!

They are lots prettier this year than they were last year. Could it be because I talk to them?

So beautiful. Can't wait for mine. Here today in Ohio it's about 65, tomorrow 75 and by Friday opening day for the Cleveland Indians, we are expecting snow.

How beautiful! I can't wait for mine to bloom (it'll be a little longer though lol).

I can just smell them now. Oh you're so lucky!

    They are gorgeous!
I miss lilacs so much. When I was a kid we lived in New York and we had a hedge row of Lilacs, they smell so wonderful.

Thanks for sharing those gorgeous flowers. We don't have lilacs here in Florida. I don't think I've ever seen a real one. Your pictures are professional quality

I have wisteria. They do really smell good

Wow, Lilacs already? They don't arrive up here till May. They're my favorite flower in the whole world. I can actually smell them as I look at your beautiful pictures. Thank you so much for sharing them!

I think the scent of lilacs is the best scent in the world. Too bad they don't last too long!
