    Jupiter is on his way!!!!

    Jupiter just left on his way to Dr. Goodnow's home! The man transporting him was very nice and held Jupiter in his arms! I'm so relieved that he is a cat-loving person and not just someone doing a "job"! He put Jupiter in what looked like a brand new carrier and I had bought him a new bed to rest in on his trip as well! I also sent one of Catmandu's famous catnip ball toys with him! He loves those things and had already slobber-saturated this particular one today! As soon as he got in his new bed in the carrier, he started doing the happy feet dance, so I know he was comfortable! Mike said the trip should take about 6 hours, stopping only for gas!

    Kym and Jas, please let me know when our boy arrives!

    Oh Kym, I also sent Jupiter's paperwork with him in a small brown envelope... be sure Mike gives it to you! It's clipped on top of the carrier!

    It's a long way, but so nice that Jupiter is travelling with a cat loving person. After getting into some Canadian catnip, he'll probably take a good long nap.

    The Found Cats are so pleased that Jupiter took one of thier toys with him to his Furr Ever Home.
    And the Pet Angel Travel Associaton will escort Jupiter to his new home and they know that Jupiter will enjoy his New Guardians.

    I guess I missed this story, but it sounds like a happy ending!
    Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) is a full management plan in which stray and feral cats already living outdoors in cities, towns, and rural areas are humanely trapped, then evaluated, vaccinated, and sterilized by veterinarians. Kittens and tame cats are adopted into good homes. Healthy adult cats too wild to be adopted are returned to their familiar habitat under the lifelong care of volunteers

    I sure hope that driver remember that cat needs to come to PA!!! (LOL)

    Can't wait for him to be settled in his ne home. (how sweet that he was doing happy feet. AAAAWWWW. He must KNOW he is in good hands)
