Anyone have puppies?

Our rescue dog had pups almost 3 weeks ago. I've never had puppies this young before and would appreciate any/all insights on what to expect. I have a few questions and concerns also.

Zoe, the mom, has giardia. What do I look for to make sure the pups don't get it also?
I'm concerned that she may not be as attentive as she should be. I had to almost make her feed the pups around 1:30am this morning and again before I left. She has ear infections, so maybe she can't hear them, but I'm worried they won't get enough nutrition, especially the smallest one. How long do mothers normally nurse?
There's so much I don't know about taking care of puppies, so if there is anything you can help me with, no matter how small, I'd appreciate it!

if they are 3 weeks you can try hand feeding them.......if you are concerned about momma dog to not be able to still do so.......

have you got momma to the vet?........he might suggest something.......

at this point momma dog will let them more time alone, as she will more likely start going out for longer periods and might seem as not caring for them like she did before.........
