    Pneumonia

Sorry I haven't been around much. Been diagnosed with pneumonia and have been on bed rest. Finally have enough energy to get online and say hello. Zzzzzzzzzzz

Lisa, I'm sorry to hear that you're so sick. I was diagnosed with walking pneumonia when I was very young and I remember being told to try and stay quiet and get plenty of bed rest. I missed about 1 month of school. Luckily I've never had this since. Please do as the doctors ordered and get plenty of rest. I hope that you feel better soon and recover quickly. Please take care.

Back in 2004, I had double pneumonia and was hospitalized for 13 days. When I came home, I was on oxygen for about a week. It's really a nasty disease, so be sure to take care. If you get to where you are having trouble breathing, get to the ER right away!

Also, once you are better ... get a pneumonia vaccine. They are good for 5 to 7 years!

    Get well soon!

I hope you feel better SOON! You need all the sleep you can get.

I've had a lingering cold for a couple of weeks...and breathing is a bit sticky. I had pneumonia twice in my life...so am watching this!

Take it easy...I hope there is a hoomin there to spoil you, and furbabies to snuggle up with!

How dreadful, but I'm so thrilled you were able to muster the strength to send a hello! Finish your antibiotics, stay warm, and eat lots of chicken soup!

I just asked for a pneumonia shot but was told I wasn't eligible. There's a starting age, and I'm not quite there yet. Hope you feel lots better every day!

I'm sorry you are feeling so rotten. You just let us know so that we wouldn't start nagging you for kitten photos, didn't you?

Sending all my healthy vibes your way. Look after yourself.

Ohhhhhhhhhh pnenmonia can knock you flat. It does make you feel very tired. I only had it once, but it took several weeks to get over it.
I hope you feel better soon. Rest is a good idea. I will put it in prayer.
