So November is known for a major holiday... THANKSGIVING!

This time of year, a lot of people let their eating habits slide . . . they let their physical activities suffer . . . they say "I'll start doing better at the beginning of next year."

I'm here to say - DON'T LET THAT HAPPEN! Stick with your healthy lifestyle! Don't overdue it over the holidays! Keep walking, keep working out! Holidays aren't an excuse to go on a binge! PLEASE keep that in mind.
