On October 24th Checkers got ran over by my bus. He was under it and got ran over by the back tires. I don't know why he went under there, he was always afraid of cars and busses and never went close to them. I was on the bus at the time and heard the yip. The bus driver stopped the bus and I ran out. I saw him lying in the middle of the road and I was praying that he was alive. But he wasn't. He would have been 1 on November 18th. He was the sweetest dog we had. I'll miss you forever Checkers.

Checkers is survived by his grandmother Sprinkles, Uncle Whino, Aunt Heavon, Mother Daphney, Father Sky, Brother Nitis, and Sister Sugars.
