I guess none of the 3 cats have middle names. Tink started out as Tinker Belle because she was so little and tiny. Buddy was just Buddy with my last name. However, I call him Bunna Boo, Bubba, Bun, Bubby...LOL...he answers to all of them.
Mama is just Mama or Mom or Moms or Sweetie Girl.
Ever since Tink started standing on her hind legs to get petted, I have been calling her Monkey and she answers to the name now too.
Both of my Grand Puppies have middle names. Zoey Lynn and Comet Lee.

Lily: TigerLily Princess (Gushkabeena Roo Roo Lulu Butt if she's in big trouble. Don't ask)
Brennan: Brennan Montenegro Scoobert Doo (though we usually just go with Brennan Montenegro)
Tallulah: Tallulah Belle
Domino: Domino Figaro Houdini
Bella: Bella Marie
Hershey: Hershey Marie
Jellybean: Jellybean Piglet
MoonPie: MoonPie Isabella
Bashful: Bashful Bunny Boo
Some of them are a mouthful, LOL. Lily knows she's in trouble when she gets TigerLily Princess
