Naming my new ShihTzu/Bichon Frise puppy

    Hi,

We're about to have an addition to our family . She's a milk chocolate (beige?) colored Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise cross. Would you please help me find one among the following names for her: Molly, Muffin, Marble, Melody, Mystic, Marilyn?

    Thanks.

    Thanks ~Jessie~

I have a shih tzu/poodle mix. He is all black and his name is bubba. He is a real sweetie but has been very hard to potty train.
don't breed or buy while shelter dogs die....

    I have been frosted!

    Thanks Kfamr for the signature!

I like Mystic & Marble. Both are very beautiful un-common names (I personally love names that are not very common).

Mystic might be too close to Missy for the dog's comfort! I like Melody, though, and Marble if her coat has any marbling to it.

Oh, btw, did you ever find a home/owners for that dog you found?

    Here she is...

    .. at two week old!!

    Isn't she the cutest?

I like the name Muffin or Marble because they sound unique (plus Muffin goes great with Mocha!), but these two names are the most gender-neutral, and I don't want anyone to mistake her for a boy. I like Mystic & Marilyn because they sound so feminine. I agree that Molly & Melody sounds too similar to Missy, and thus may not be a good choice.

I'm so indecisive. I hope looking at her pics help you pick out the right name for her. Help!!!!

    Thanks ~Jessie~

She looks like a Marble or Melody to me, though I think I prefer Melody.
