Thread: Long haired or short haired dogs?

Long haired or short haired dogs?

Do you perfer long haired or short haired dogs?

I perfer short haired dogs, they require less grooming and their coats don't get matted. They also don't shed as much.

Short, i'm probably biased, though, cuz i've never had a long- haired dog before. Only greys ( 'bout as short as it gets ) and a beagle.

Curly haired dogs! Actually I voted for *short* because I keep my two clipped short, although poodles' hair will easily grow long (and matted ) if not maintained.

Short hair, but I'm also probably biased since all our dogs have short hair.

I didn't vote.... I like both. My two are both long haired dogs but I keep their fur medium to short most of the time. Long haired dogs may need more grooming, but their fur is beautiful! Short haired dogs require less grooming, so that's nice about them.

I voted long-haired, as I think rough collies are adorable! I really love all dog breeds though and they are all beautiful to me

I favor long-hair I think it's sooo pretty! But I love both(since well all my dogs are short-hair).
