Zsa-Zsa usually goes about once a day. You're probably right, an operation can disrupt a cat's digestive system a little after surgery, especially as they have to be starved for a bit. As long is everything is OK with her from now, there should be no more problems, perhaps just keep an eye on her to make sure she isn't straining or anything. I hope she recovers from the operation well!
