That is sooo terrible. The sad fact is that her son was probably right when he said his mother "just loved those little dogs". Just shows you that some people don't know when to stop, or how much is too much. Also makes me wonder why the son did not intervene???

I've had a thank you for the donation but heard nothing about adopting one yet....I think it is going to take quite a while to get them ready for new homes, poor little scraps
