I admit I'm nit a huge baseball fan, although every year I tune in as the playoffs start and move toward the series....how awesome that the Detroit Tigers in the World Series!!!!
If the Cards can pull out the NL series (and they aren't doing so hot tonight), I would be a happy girl!! Go St. Louis!!!

Oh, Lobodeb! LOL, ROTFL! I have a friend from high school who is a die-hard baseball fan and is determined to either convert me to the White Sox or at least get me to pay equal attention to both teams.

When I first moved to Chicago, my husband (then boyfriend) said, "ok...you have to pick one, Cubs or Sox." I asked which one he liked. He said, "I root for Chicago, but when they play each other, I go for the Cubs." I said, "Ok, if you can like both, then I will to." I was pretty neutral for a year or two. I hope the White Sox will continue to play as well as they have the past couple of years. I hope the Cubs will win more games than they lose.
