I found out today that he was pet of the day for 12/22/02.

His pancreas finally gave out, and...

Not sure how many of you remember, but my rescue budgie (the one found in someone's trash) Sweetie was pet of the day awhile back.

I'm a bit late in posting this, but Sweetie passed away on July...

Sweetie is actually my bird; I just learned that she'd been chosen today(someone posted about it on the acmepet boards).

Thanks for all the great comments about her; she really is a wonderful...
