I was snowing here in NE Ohio last night! ;)
Oh, friends who live further east! I saw a story on the news tonight about wind, rain and snow in the eastern U.S. Please be safe and warm!

Nov 12 2014
Here in central NC, it's 70 today--beautiful. Now ask me again tomorrow/ night;is an Artic front on the way and Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun it's supposed to be COLD COLD. I dread having to put on coat, gloves, tobogan for my head. Takes so long to get ready to take the little ones outside. Poor LilGirl always does her bathroom quickly outside and then runs to her "daddy" to pick her up & put her in his coat. Miss Sissy Pom seems to ignore cold weather. Maybe it's because she has more layers of hair than LilGirl.
It is fairly warm today (acknowledging all things are relative) at 58°F but the cold is due Thursday evening, I hear!
Not COLD - but summer has definitely departed. It's about 60 right now - lookin at the 50's tomorrow, and then the 40's after that. Into next week it isn't supposed to get out of the 30's some days. I like it - just don't like having to get the shoes and warm jacket on every time Wolfy decides he wants to go out. He's good tho - he can go forever before he has to "go". Every night it's at least 12 hours - goes out for the last time around 6:30 p.m. since he doesn't like being out too long in the dark, and my flashlight doesn't lite up the whole back 1.5 acres for him , so he doesn't lollygag around much, and then we don't go out till around 7 the next morning. He must have an extra large holding tank.:D
We have 11 degrees Celsius, and it's past 9 PM. :)
32F at 2 in the afternoon, and windy. More like December than November.
23 F with a snow and ice storm... along with a gusty North wind it makes standing or walking outside quite tricky.
15F (-9C) with wind from the west at 30 miles per hour. It just feels really cold outside today.
Wow, we have had pouring rain most of the day, I awoke to the sound of it this morning, and it has been either raining or drown-pouring all day, so I knew it was above freezing! It is currently 38F (3C) with flood watch in effect until 11 p.m. tonight, but we are up on a hill, so the flood part doesn't really apply to us much! All the bodies of water are well downhill from us!
I will, however, have to dump out the pumpkin tomorrow, as the squirrels have eaten it down to basically a bowl shape, although the water cannot fill it too much - it's leak out of the mouth I carved for the jack-o-lantern on Halloween!
Had rain all day and high was around 50. Tonight the bottom drops out tho, and temps take a serious dive and the wind picks up. Tomorrow is supposed to be a high of 32 with wind chills in the teens. Lows tonight in the 20's or high teens. Cold is fine with me - but I can't handle it when it is windy too. I'll be hibernating inside tomorrow.
18°F FEELS LIKE 3° Too cold for mid November! We also have a few inches of snow.
40s in the daytime, but gets to 20s and low 30 at night. Not fun.
10°F FEELS LIKE -6° As I head out for work today. Oh yeah!
9.1° when I got up this morning. Wind chill well below zero.
COLD as predicted. Feels more like January.
It's 2........2 cold!!
You've heard of the band Three dog night?
According to Angel it's a three blanket afternoon. COLD and windy.
Twenty-one right now. Colder than it should be. a lot for this time a year. it's supposed to get down to 19. I surprised they haven't issued a freeze warning.
Too dang cold.
Here is a picture from 3 days ago - I posted in the Dog House for Richard, but this is what November looks like around here!

Bitter cold last night, just cold tonight, all the water in the "umbrella holder" froze solid last night and stayed that way all day, but the water for the birds at least gets some sun, so thawed a little! It is currently 27F, -3C here!
It's supposed to be 52 F tomorrow, which will fell downright balmy. It was 19 last night, and will be 28 F tonight.
After nights in the upper teens and low 20s, tonight will be around 39. It will feel rather warm. I hope I don't bake myself with the heater. 50% chance of rain, too which is probably why it's warmer.
The days are still in the 50s. Welcome to the South.
32F (zero degrees C), winds from the southwest at 12 miles per hour. It's supposed to be back up in the 40s tomorrow. PTers east of me, I hope you are all safe, warm and dry! We've seen scary snowy weather on the news and there were flights cancelled at both Midway and O'Hare.
Too darn cold and windy. It will be in the low 20's to high teens tonight. It got to around 30-35 today, but the wind went right thru me. HATE the wind when it's combined with cold. Brrrrrrrr
25 degrees F this morning & a heat wave today in the 40's then a cold wave coming with single digits predicted. An early winter with about 5 inches of snow, lots of corn in the fields yet, slow harvest this fall.
Its been unusually warm so far. on Thanksgiving day it was warm enough not to wear long sleeves or have a fire going till way late at night.
The severe cold warning is over now. We are at -11 F at 3:45 pm and will be a balmy -24F overnight. At least the heavy snow has stopped. Whew!:)
It's going to start warming up here next week - we'll get to 0 C or +32F.
Tonight the wind chill will take it down to -40C, which is the same temperature in F. The actual temp without wind chill is a balmy -29C. YEEEKS!
YIKES!!! YOWEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
BRRRRrrrrr. :love::love::love:
50F (10C), bright and sunny in Chicago today! Yesterday was chilly, grey and rainy all day - today is a delight!
It's now 10.00 pm here in Trenton on Christmas Eve and it's a tropical 61 degrees. Ugh!
Cold New Years Eve here in Ohio! 20°F Feels Like 7° Going down to 7°. Wind chill will probably be below zero!
Yup, cold here, too - which made me happy for the ice sculptors working on things for Boston's First Night celebration! Currently 13°F, "feels like" -11 °F !
