Going Bilateral. Two Cochlear implants! Surgery is July 8th.

Hi everyone, thought I would share my news that I will be having surgery on July 8th to have my second cochlear implant. I have had my first cochlear implant since I was 16. I'm 29 now. I decided it was time to make another change in my life for the better and that is to do the second. Most especially do it BEFORE my wedding in about 5 months. :)

I've decided to make a blog to follow my post surgery to recovery to the day when I have it turned on and my achievements & struggles with the second cochlear implant.
