HIGHTSTOWN, NJ: URGENT URGENT - Person trapped kitten /now wants him gone / Help needed ASAP

I was just contacted by someone who wants a kitten out of her house ASAP. I am currently caring for my 18 year old cat who has to be euthanized tonight and I cannot deal with this person right now. The kitten needs urgent help. A man took this kitten from an industrial site where other cats were trapped for trap and kill. He brought the kitten home for his kids. They have the kitten in a dog crate and are trying to force him to eat with a spoon to make him friendly. The wife is annoyed because the kitten is hissing and she wants him out. Can anyone PLEASE help this kitten? This is all the info I have.
