In most cases you, can’t anticipate being arrested, so most people don’t have the luxury of planning a wardrobe for the mugshot session. Which can make for some really awkward mugshots if you are caught driving drunk while wearing your favorite “I Can Get Away With Anything” t-shirt.

The "DARE role model" one - does he have one arm and should underneath the body or the shirt? That's an odd one.
