Transport Help needed please to get a Cerebellar Hypoplasia Cat from A to B!

Cat is in Milton Florida but needs to get to Tampa! Anybody passing by Milton Florida to Tampa or even to Chipley Florida!
Cat can also be brought to Chiply or 1 1/2 out from Milton.
