Do you have any NJ cat rescue names/addresses? A friend of mine in East Orange rescued a cat that her neighbor dumped outside last week when she moved, (may she be cursed). She took the cat to the vet and had it checked out, but cannot keep it and the vet will only let the cat stay until Monday.
