** Finding treatment for skin problem of MY DOG**

Hi Everyone :( ,

My dog has a skin problem since she was little. I had been tried to used different medicated shampoo & also brought her to vet, but her skin never gotten any better. Every onece in the while (depend on the weather), she scratchs her skin and get rashes. Sometime her body get a little smelly bc of that. It's been years now i was trying to find the way for her. She is Shih Tzu and live in Tropica country - Malaysia. My parent is taking care of her. I'm located in NY. Can any one help?

1) Please show me what do to treat her.
2) Please recommend me a what & where to find a product for her skin.
3) I wonder the food that she food will cause her the skin problem too? If yes, can you recommend which dog food can suitable for her?
