The simple answer is.
1. Make the actual picture by using photoshop or similar package.
2. Upload picture to an online server. i.e. Your website or online photo album.
3. Press the User CP butto on the top of Pet Talk forum. In the options under signature. You just type the path to your online signature surrounded by [i mg] at the beginning and [/i mg] at the end (without the spaces)
