This poor guy has been around for some time..Karina hadn't seen him in a while and he has reappeared. She feeds cats back there when she can.
He is very skinny, some missing patches of fur,has upper resp. and according to Karina, he can't meow..He doesn't make a sound when he tries.
She can not bring him inside as per landlord, nor can she afford to vet him. She also has no car.

This poor sweet guy needs to get out of this area..can someone please save him? he wont last long. he is very sick looking.
The yard is like a garbage dump. can anyone help this poor guy?
