Zeplyn's First Birthday

Today is the day we chose to be Zeplyn's birthday. The vet said around February 20th so I went home and discussed it with Bruce and we decided on the 19th.
One year ago today we lost Bruce's brother to a heart attack. So now I like to think that Zeplyn was brought into the world on the same day Scott left it.

I have to admit, the first few weeks after we brought her home I was not feeling it toward her. I guess I was just missing Zoee. Now she is the funniest dog (besides Taggart) I've ever had. She comes up to you and lays her head on your chest or shoulder. She is such a cuddly dog. And she is even more of a shadow than Zoee was. Always under my feet, especially if I am home alone. I wouldn't trade her for the world. She is HOME!
