The wonderful Edward
Congratulations Edward on being Pet of the Day. You truly are a superb rabbit:) Prrr prrr
Wow, I can't believe you're eight years old... and you've won awards too. Now you are even an international superstar on POTD. Well done!
I hope you put on weight soon. I'm sure you will with the warmer weather. My appetite has increased as it's now spring in England, so you will be the same.
Love

Precious Edward!
Congratulations, Edward, on being POTD! You are adorable!! Please tell your human family that Oxbow's CRITICAL CARE dietary supplement is what you need when you are not eating: http://www.oxbowanimalhealth.com/pro...il?object=1608 Almost all of our little pets have needed Critical Care (especially in their older age) due to illness, surgery, teeth issues, etc. They LOVE it! You have to buy it from a licensed veterinarian BUT you can also find it on eBay. (Our little ones favorite flavor is anise.) Our sweet guinea pig, Jeepers, is almost 8 years old and has had monthly incisor teeth trimming for over 2 years; he is given Oxbow's Critical Care 2 x daily (or more if needed) and he LOVES it! It increases his appetite and he eats even MORE veggies and hay. (Critical Care is a dry powder that you mix with warm water and give to your pet with an oral feeding syringe.) Critical Care is specially formulated for vegetarians like rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, etc., and contains many vitamins and minerals. BTW, Jeepers was POTD on Oct. 26, 2013: http://petoftheday.com/archive/2013/October/26.html Critical Care has saved and lengthened our little pets' lives!! It's the BEST product invented for vegetarian pets!! Sending X's and O's to Edward! :) http://www.guineapigsrfun.net

Beautiful Bunny Edward!
Hi Edward! Congratulations on being crowned our very special, most deserving Pet of the Day, sweetheart!:) What a beautiful bunny boy you are, Edward, not only in looks but in heart as well! Those ribbons you won in your younger years were well earned, no doutb, and while your show days are long past, you're every bit as handsome at 7 as you were at 3; hard to believe you're almost 8 years old! And now, with our long, hard winter finally over, you can concentrate on chowing down on all of those fresh greens you love, putting on some weight and getting back into full form!:) Your human, who has been with you these many years, since you were born, loves you so very much and wants you around for a long time to come,!:) How blessed she/he has been to have had such a loyal and loving best friend in you these past 7 many years Edward! You're the best!:) Thanks for the BIG smiles, sweetheart! I hope you're enjoying a very special day of celebration; basking in the sunshine, munching on some fresh greens, being treated to all your heart desires and more! Lots and lots of love, cuddles and kisses to you, precious Edward!:love::love:

Edward may be sick
My beautiful Dutch bunny Rootie was a great house pet. At 9 years of age he started to lose weight. Even though he was eating, he kept losing weight. A visit to the vet and a blood test confirmed that his kidneys were failing. Bunnies who are fed properly don't just get thinner unless they are sick. I urge you to take Edward to a qualified vet. All rabbits hold be scene by a veterinarian once a year. Sad to say it but Edward does not look to be healthy.
