Edited to add - for North America, there are two cities in the list of the top 25 and I would like to visit both of them - Vancouver, BC and Portland, Oregon.
3 German cities among them- Munich on pl 8. But I think you cannot really compare. Living in Tokyo and living in Portland Oregon cannot be compared. ;)

True, it's difficult to compare. Anyway, I liked Copenhagen better in the 70ties and 80ties. One good thing is that bicycle paths are wider now.
I've heard good things about Vienna, Prag and also Vancouver, but have never been there. Cities I really like are, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Oxford and Chicago. :)
