I'd consider getting these for Nakita, but I've never had a problem with her nails. She has never scratched anyone or anything (except her scratching post)!

Those red nails reminded me of Naomi - Juni's mum (I hope not to shock anyone). Once I was coloring my nails with RED nail polish. Naomi found it very interesting and I colored her nails too. That was a surprise that she accepted, when I started doing it I was sure she won't let me. She had quite a character! I don't know why she liked it but she was very proud with those nails and she was showing them off to everyone. Basil reminds me of her, it's so sad to know she's not with us anymore, even after more than 2 years :(

I was so lucky with Graemer and Miley in that they were already trained to the post and having their nails clipped. I surely hope that Ti, who arrives Tuesday night, by the way, will be just as compliant! According to his Meowmie #1, he is.

I wonder if they are able to retract the nails with those things on them?

They surely are pretty, and I hope to never use them! It's expensive enough and I don't need another expense.

Yes, they can retract their claws...they don't even know they have them on....I promise.

The other colors are pink, blue, clear and purple.

Oliver: blue
Noah: blue
Noel: purple
Basie: red
Olivia: pink

Wow! These things really seem quite smart... And they still look very fashionable to me :D
