Bobby & Ebony got out. Ebony is IN - p 2, # 25 BOBBY IS IN P3 #34!!!

I am 98% sure Bobby and Ebony are not in the house.

Last night the door was left open for almost 2 hours. I know, with just ME living here, there is only one likely suspect who forgot it open.

Anyway, they did not show up for breakfast this morning. I've looked all over inside, shook the Temptations treat bag and called them, nothing.

I've also been outside calling them, and set 2 piles of treats in case they are in the area, perhaps hiding under the shrubs. I had to put the treats outside the fence, or the dogs would get them. But at least if the treats go, I know the kitties are in the area.

Both are age 7, neither has been outdoors since being 4 months old. Bobby is FIV + and should not be outdoors.

This is too much, I just can't believe this.

Oh no! My blessings that your Bobby and Ebony come home to you safe, sound and soon!

Praying like mad here that Bobby and Ebony are home soon! I know how scared you are, been there too many times myself.

Oh No! So sorry to hear this happened. I would be frantic. I sure hope you find them or they find you. Keep us posted.

Unfortunately, I know exactly what you are going through. Paizly got out the day after I put Taz down. The most horrible feeling ever! But I did find Paizly hiding under the edge of the deck.
Do your neighbors have sheds and can they check their garages and sheds? They are probably too scared to get too far away.......I hope.
I am thinking good thoughts for them to get home.

Oh, I do know this feeling too well! All of my cats have "escaped" at one time or another. They all came home within a day or so. I am hoping this will happen with Bobby and Ebony, also. I will keep your kitties in my thoughts and prayers.:love::love:

Saw Ebony in the back yard. She jumped the fence to the next door neighbor's back yard.

I've set a Have a Heart trap, bait is tuna in oil, and her favorite, Temptations. I'm counting on her being HUNGRY by now!

Haven't seen Bobby yet, I suspect he is also nearby.

They're probably having a great time... while you worry, but no wonder you do. I'm glad you spotted Ebony and I hope they will both come home.

Just spotted your post today-- I am so sorry about the two errants. I hope they will get hungry enough to come home soon. I know what you must be going through... our fur friends are so precious to us. Keeping fingers crossed and sending prayers for their safe return.

Ebony is IN! Found her in the trap this evening when I returned home from dinner w/ Dad. Brought her inside and released her; and she raced to the litter box, lol. Trap went right back outside.

Have not even seen Bobby, no idea where he is hiding. If he went to the front, he may not return to the back where I have the trap -- where the dogs' scent is strong.

Whew, one down, one to go! Maybe he will succumb to the allure of the smelly food in the trap, now that his partner in crime has abandoned him!

Thank you for the candles and prayers. I moved the trap to the front path about midnight last night - Riley was barking out the window so I thought may he is out front after all.

Nothing in the trap this morning. With the trap in the front, I could catch someone (neighborhood cat) - or something (skunk?!) - I rather not have!

You must be so worried, it's been a couple of days now. I hope there's not much traffic in your neighborhood. Could he be sitting in a tree, or be locked in someone's shed? I'm sure you have asked around and you know what the best times are to go looking for him (between dusk and dawn)

I so hope he comes back!

Bobby is HOME! Inside and safe and ravenous, lol. Clearly he hasn't eaten since sometime Sunday.

I am crying tears of happiness, I had started to give up home. Last evening I walked all around the neighborhood, calling him and shaking the Temptations bag. Nothing. I left flyers at the neighbors' doors, asking them to check garage and shed; the flyer had his photo, description, my name and phone number.

This morning I went out to get the newspaper and didn't even bother to look at the trap. Walking back in, I couldn't help but notice, the door was closed. OH! I approached carefully; the trap was in the front yard, no fence so I could have had a skunk or anything in there. Then I saw it was my very own BOBBY!!!

He'd been head butting the door to get out so he has a bit of a scrape on his head, nothing major and he is quite stressed so I'm not going to do anything with that.

Thank you all so very much for the prayers, positive vibes, and support during this 5 day ordeal.
