When I began introducing 'normal' :rolleyes: processed and packaged store foods again, migraines began to happen during my cycles again.
I find now, as long as I keep the level of processed or junk foods low (I'm much better at this now), the headaches just don't hit me so hard any more. ...but sigh, it's Holiday time again and we all know what that means! :)
