I went to paint today and Dasher's bowl had just gotten through being fired. It came out really well! I'm very pleased. Now, I've got to finish the cereal bowl that matches it. It's so much fun painting pottery. If you have a place in your area, you should try it.

That's great!! We did the ceramic painting while we were in Mazatlan. We didn't do it until the last day, and I was wishing we would have started earlier. It was soo fun!! I'm going to have to do a search to see if I have one near me. :D

And here's my coffee cup. They have new paint and I'm not sure I like this green as well. I just started a salad plate with it today. May paint over it with a darker green.

And here's my plate. I made the green a bit darker. I like it much better. The bottom of the plate is purple like the pawprints.

Oh! Those are really pretty. I like the plate and bowl, those are great! That seems like something to do again. I did that for Easter with eggs, we went to this place that you can pick a statue type thing that you want to paint and we got eggs and did that. It was a lot of fun.
you could make some good money off of selling some of that stuff making it for people I am sure. :D they are awesome and your purse is awesome. it's so me, too. :)

Thanks everyone. Actually, I'd probably have to charge too much for them. The pottery itself is kind of pricey. I think the plate I did was $14. Plus, all the time I put into it. I'd want to charge at least $25 and I don't think people would be willing to pay that just for a salad plate, you know?* About the purse, I was at the store last night and this woman told me she loved my purse. She kept saying "You go, girl." I told her I had the matching wallet ordered and she said it again. I was cracking up over that.Quote:
