Can anyone foster abused boxer in Ohio?

Hey guys...I just got this on one of my lists. Can anyone in Ohio help this poor little girl?


I posted earlier about Snowy, a boxer, that needs to
be rescued in Ohio. I just spoke with the dog warden
who has asked the owner to put the dog inside the home
twice now and the dog is still outside tangled up and
tied up. She is in metal and a pile of garbage with
no food or water and can't get to her dog house which
they think is too small for her to get in anyway. The
warden can't take this dog without a court order but
is waiting for the owner to come put the dog inside
the home which has no electric or heat. The owner
moved to a new apartment.

Is there anybody that can give Snowy a warm place to
stay until her transport? I'm in Rochester, NY and
can't help this girl.
