It's Official...

The Great Dane puppy is mine! The breeder just called and confirmed that she will be delivering him around March 9th. I am so excited -- this is my dream turning into a reality. Danes are very rare where I live - so alot of people are going to be shocked at the immense size of him when he grows up. Even when I bring him home, he is going to be 3 months old and HUGE!

I can't wait to get him home and start spoiling him! He is going to be a wonderful, life long addition to our family!

when i saw the fisrt pics you posted when you werent sure yu were getting him that very name came to my mind its just PERFECT for him, cant wait for more pics, arrrggg a couple days more.....ok i´ll hold on and wait.......but hes so gorgeous its gonna be hard..........

We were looking at German names and we both loved Axel. It means father of peace. We wanted to give him a german name because Danes are a german breed.
