Viva Las Vegas...Vegas the Cat That Is!!

WEll, I have finally had some time to post photos so here are some of Vegas. If anyone remembers, I started caring for Vegas while living back with my mom while Mark and I built our new house. He was so feral I really had doubts that he would ever come around.....now look at him.

Vegas is roughly 3 years old, has a dislocated hip and broken tail from an auto accident (how he survived on his own for so long is beyond me) and weighs around 18 lbs. He has a HUGE tummy that would love some rubbings.

He reminds me of Garfield in this photo...how much lazier can he get than to have to lay down and eat. Actually he had sprained his right foot and it was easier and less painful for him to lay down and eat.

Yes he certainly has settled right in.....and we love him very much.

AWWWWWWW! What a tubby love!

My cat Oscar was feral for at least two years, the vet figured...and he is my big baby now! When I am grooming the Cole on the bed, Oscar will jump up, and just start PURRING - no pats or anything! He is just happy and wants grooming too.

So glad Vegas made it! He is gorgeous.

Vegas is sure handsome! I love the one of him laying in the cat tree! He looks as if he is now the king of the house and everyone should know that! What a sweetie! Hugs from me and the girls! :)

This cat is a very lucky cat to have come to your family.Lucky Lucky Lucky :D :D Also very beautiful.
My Penny was a bit feral and everyone at the shelter hated her.Now she rubs noses with me and follows me everywhere...lets me pat her all the time now and I hear her almost crying "A whimper type sound"when I message her neck and that area because it's something she needed so bad for so long.
Isn't it sooo rewarding when you can make an unhappy cat HAPPY and see the BIG difference?To me it's the best feeling in the world.
