Carla, you have some truly Wonderful Cats.
But the msot inspiring is the Amazing Rehabilitation of Birdie, who is a true Rags to Riches Story.
If you printed an early Photo of Birdie, and a Current Photo People would not believe the change.

Here is the Birdie before at Jan's 'QSL',right after she caught him.He was in very rough shape.Jan saved his life.

What gorgeous babies! They are all beautiful, each in their own special way.

Birdie reminds me of our RB Daisy, who we called "Birdie" (why I don't know). She was such a sweet polydactyl.

I'm so sorry to hear about BooBoo. :(

And our miracle boy Birdie looks amazing! From death's door to a wonderful home...he sure lucked out all around. ;) :D All your furbabies look happy & healthy...kisses to them all and ((HUGS)) to you for helping me save street (and marsh) waifs. ;)

Carla, so nice to see your beautiful kitties again. They really thrive in your care.
I agree with QS, they all look so bright eyes, happy and healthy.
The move must not have stressed them out.
I love your hardwood floor.

They are so pretty, it's hard to chose a favorite. I would have to say though, Penny is quite stuning in her white coat. Birdie has come a long way and is georgeous.

Hope you make a siggy out of these great pictures! I wish I could get my crew together and still to make some pictures, but as usual, they are always on the move and I can't catch them!

We have 1 more cat to post."Spencer".We're picking him up in Massachusetts on Monday.QSL saved his life."Jan".He's a beautiful ALL grey short hair adult male cat.I cannot wait :D
We'll have 14 wonderful cats. Not too many for us.We're home 24/7 unless at the store or doctors office  My husband is retired and I have some back and neck problems to keep me from working.I love being home and so does Mike. And we just built this home for our retirement.Plenty of room and tons of love to give.Plus we don't mind going to the vet's often  :D

When are you going to post pictures of the new one? Can't wait to see Spencer. Tell Jan I miss seeing her here when you see her and I would love to see her gang again if she can take time out from all her trapping. She needs to post how she came to find and snag Spencer.... that woman is a blessing to the stray kitties up there!

All of your pictures are extraordinary, what a beautiful fur family you have there! What really touched my heart in a big way are the before and after pictures of your sweet Birdie. Talk about a miracle turn around!! Hard to believe it's the same cat!!! A lot of love and good care makes such a difference in their lives. Birdie looks so happy, healthy and content now. Bless you for caring enough to help, the "after" result speaks for itself.

Carla, I must have missed this the first time around. Great pictures. I'm amazed at Birdie, what a big sweet boy. I still just love the fact that you and Mike adopted him and Winston and Benson. You guys have such big hearts.

Now I can't wait to meet Spencer! You guys have safe trip going to get your new baby.

Spencer is at a very nice woman's house who fosters cats for Jan.Then when cages open up at Petsmart one by one they leave and more go to her home from the streets.Petsmart doesn't have any room and won't probably for a couple years. There are just too many cats that need help and not enough room or cages.Spencer is a big cat 'a tom' that may be hard to adopt out.Plus she has kittens and all kinds that would get adopted faster but still no room at the shelters. So Barbara 'the one taking care of Spencer and others' will need me to take at least HIM off her hands. He's beautiful.I fell in love with him when I went to Barbara's to pick up Trudy. But Mike would of died.LOL
But Spencer wasn't as dramatic a save as most of QSL's(Jan). He was being fed by a woman for weeks outside her home and she realized he HAD no home or was abandoned, lost whatever. He never left her yard. She asked ALL the neighbors and noone knew him.She or someone she knew called Jan,QSL and now he's an indoor cat.He seems happy indoor at Barbara's...sleeps on the bed with her dog and other foster cats. But challenges 1 or 2 of the other cats at times.Never a fight though. She's very honest. So that satisfies me.I love honesty!Only 1 of her own cats is afraid of him although he doesn't fight. She has 5 of her own...fosters a lot of others.I think the dog MAY be hers. Not sure.Jan won't be there when I pick up Spencer. She'll be out saving others :D

The wait is over everybuddy....Spencer has been on Petfinder for a while. Petsmart's adoption room has been closed since before Christmas, so it's been tough on all of us trying to get cats adopted out. They keep claiming it will re-open soon, but that's a line of BS so far. Bad time of year with multiple liters already born on the streets due to the mild Winter we've had so far here. Petfinder has allowed us to place quite a few though so it does help. Here's handsome Spencer's (I keep calling him Sterling though lol) link w/pics. :) http://www.petfinder.org/pet.cgi?action=2&pet=5582285&adTarget=&SessionID=440c4279210297c5-app1&display=&preview=1&row=0&tmpl=&stat=

I'm sorry to say that Spencer is going back to Barbara's tomorrow morning. He's been to angry for this house. And he bit Mike just now.We can't handle this.I never thought that he was such a tough tough cat. He's so strong and when he's afraid he lunges.I feel very bad about this. He's a love of a cat but we are finally finding that he should go to a home with no other cats.I think he's afraid of other cats even though he doesn't know he's tougher than them.Poor guy. He's been on the streets so long I hope he finds a less busy home some day.So he can just sleep and get patted once in a while without any other cats bugging him.Poor guy.
