my brother's girlfriend has a dog who looks ALOT like a beagle, but he has really long years and is stockier than the beagles i've seen. So here are a couple of pictures and a short video of him doing his trick (sorry for the poor quality of the video :o ) I couldn't really take good pics of him just standing up, he was constantly moving! Well here they are:

i agree! 100% Beagle. My RB girl was quite stocky when she got older.

i agree with everyone else. he looks like a purebred beagle to me! he is definatly adorable! :D

Perhaps it's just the photos, but it looks like he has short legs...and long ears... so perhaps he has some basset hound in there...

Oh, yah...

I LOVE the video. I have been trying to teach Jenny to "sit up pretty" like that... but her back legs are too skinny and frail to be able to hold it for more than a fraction of a second.

Definetly 100% Beagle, Beagles can sometimes have really stocky ears, he's really cute though! :D

In the first two shots i thought he was a Basset.
but his body doesnt say Basset in the other shots.. looks Begaleish. :D

I say either pure bred beagle or maybe a little basset mixed in. He's a cutie!
