We had visitors last Friday: SONIA!!!

My cats and I, we had all been counting down the days untill last Friday: Auntie Sonia from France was coming!! In the afternoon, our livingroom looked more like a "beauty-parlor" : they all wanted to look super! Maya washed Snoopy at least 3 times before she was satisfied :D ;)
At first, Zazou and Snoopy were a bit shy; but that didn't last very long !
Sonia said she hardly recognized Zazou, because her fur was so different from the first time she met her. Snoopy gave her a perfect demonstration on "How do you walk-play-climb-eat on 3 paws !

Lut forgot to mention that it was only after being stuck in the traffic under one of the Antwerpen tunnels, and after being lost in the village next door due to a diversion (Lut agrees with me that Belgians are specialists in closing roads without adding any further indication in case a poor tourist would drive through it; and no need to mention that I had no map :rolleyes: ), that I finally arrived (only two hours late) to the Gabriels Girls and Co.
It was worthwhile though!

Snoopy is ADORABLE, I have no other words! The three other girls were perfect, as usual. Maya is such a sweet calico Queen, Inka is such a great hisser (but as you can see she accepted my neck scritches for a few minutes) and Zazou has now turned to a sweet Norvegian Tuxedo cat (it is a new Belgian breed :D ) and a perfect sister for Snoopy!

How wonderful that you could visit one of PT's favorite people and kitties! And, we love seeing pictures of everyone. Maya and Snoopy have really hit it off, Zazou is just so beautiful, and Inka is lovely, too.

I'm still amazed that Maya & Inka have accepted the newcomers so graciously! Such lovely ladies! :)


P.S. to Gary.....I guess you better make plans for a nice sunroom for your Found Cats!

Our house is different from other houses: a minimum of windows on the front side, and ALL windows on the garden-side. As all 3 rooms are "flowing into another", it is like one big sunny room. Kitchen, library and livingroom are not seperated by walls. There is a sliding door between the half part of the livingroom and the library
