The Plano Animal Shelter (in conjunction with other various shelters) are
neutering male cats on Feb 28th for only $.05 cents each, hence the name
Neuter
Scooter for a Nickel. Please crosspost this info. Now there is not a reason
to get that cat neutered. Reservations are required.
If you know anyone living near Plano TX who needs to have a male cat
neutered please send this to them. I have no contact info for this shelter, but I'm sure it will fill up with reservations fast!

As The San Fransico SPCA has proven this will eliminate a Lot Of Unwnated Starry Cats and Dogs,and will save in the Long Run,a Ton of Money!
