As I said in a previous post I have 2 dogs and 19 cats. (errrr 20 :o )
I am single, no kids other than 4 leggers, 40 something and currently living in the USA.
I originate from the UK.
I am heavily into animal rescue and currently help a very dear friend of mine webmaster the aarrff.org website.
I have some very strong views on how ppl should treat the animals intrusted to their care, and have be known on occasion to voice these opinions strongly.http://www.petoftheday.com/i/our_smilies/rolleyes.gif
I have a tendency to speak as I find... which can get me into trouble occasionally, although I am really working on the "get more fly's with honey" theory.
I am not some radical animal rights activist, I eat meat, and have even gone fishing on occasion http://www.petoftheday.com/i/our_smilies/tongue.gif
My pet hates are:
Declawing,
Hybrid's
BYB's
Puppymills,
Irresponsible Breeders/owners
and a miriad of other things, but these are the main ones.
I have been around animals since the day I was born, and have made an effort to aquire as much knowledge as possible.

Bear is a 9 year old cross collie/lab mix that came from the UK with me, she was a rescue at 4 weeks old when I got her, and she has the sweetest soul I have ever known.
Roth is a 10 year old German shorthaired pointer, who actually belongs to my room mate, but as I spend most of my day with him I consider him to be, at least in part, mine. I only claim ownership when he is behaving or being cute, the rest of the time he is my friends dog and I just babysit. http://www.petoftheday.com/i/our_smilies/wink.gif He is just one big goof ball that hogs the bed.
Now to the cats.....

Pebbles is 20 and is my roomies cat she is a calico.
Syd is 8, she is a grumpy brown tabby, also my roomies.
Oscar and buddy are 7 oscar is a Tabby polydactyl, Buddy is a loving, practical joker, black cat.... these 2 also belong to my roomie.
Bigfoot is a ginger tabby polydactyl, with a deformed jaw
Honey is a sweet little red tabby.
Shadow is a torti,
Tomm Momsy, and LS are all tabbie and white. LS was diagnosed with diabetes 2 weeks ago
MS is my big boy, he is a red tabby and is huge.
Then we have Huey and Duey... the evil twins... they are grey tabbys
also we have jasper, herman, masky, Tabstar, Tashman, and smoushy
omg we have 20 http://www.petoftheday.com/i/our_smilies/eek.gif , I forgot angel face evil kitty, she is an indoor cat but totally feral still. Angel enjoys our company as long as we feed her and don't even attempt to touch her. I always forget to count her as she just barely tolerates us. (I can't believe I forgot to count angel LOL)
All of the cats are ex- ferals, and 14 from them we have brought in from the local feral colony, the others we have either had brought to us or we have found them in various ways.
So thats the crew.
