...get Sam to stop running off every time a stranger walks by or a dog?? Sammy listens and loves to run off leash in the front yard, but if a neighbor walks by or a dog... or a squirrel... he will run off. I can't just tell him NO for being nice to a neighbor can I? Any suggestions?
