Miko has sadly left us. Wanted to show some photos of his brofur, Sebastian, my one remaining ferret. He's really, really hard to photograph. Won't stand still for a minute. I've got lots of great ferret bum shots of him as by the time the digital camera flash goes off he's already moved on to something else. I was very lucky to get a few, fairly decent photos of him.

He's a very good boy. We both miss Miko very much.

He'd actually been out running around for a long while by the time I got this one, I think he was getting tired.

Aw, what a cutie. How is he handling Miko's passing? I know some ferrets can get really depressed when they loose their friends.

He seems to be doing ok. I'm making sure he has lots of out of cage time to explore things. I've actually not put away a bunch of boxes so that he has something to investigate. He's still eating well. I have been checking the ferret rescue sites and will consider getting another one the minute he shows signs of depression.

I'm so glad that Sebastion is doing ok. That is great news. I bet he loves all the mommy time! :)

He reminds me of a bigger male version of my Skeet. He's one handsome fella!

Sebastion is adorable. I'm sure he's being spoiled now. I was at Petco buying some dog treats and I saw a white ferret that reminded me of Miko. I swear, if I knew anything about ferrets and wasn't overloaded with pets already I would have taken him. I'm not even sure if it's ok to get a ferret at petco or from a breeder. Don't even educate me! I have enough pets already!
